How do you ensure the freshness of my order?

All Atome Bakery products are baked to order on the morning of dispatch. We use specialized airtight, food-grade packaging and expedited shipping to ensure that your bread and pastries arrive with a 'just-out-of-the-oven' taste and texture.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes! We have a dedicated selection of vegan sourdoughs and gluten-free pastries. Please check the 'Dietary' filter on our shop page to see all available options that meet your specific nutritional requirements.

What is your shipping policy for perishable goods?

We ship nationwide using overnight or 2-day priority services to maintain quality. Orders placed after Wednesday are typically held until the following Monday to avoid weekend delays in transit.

Can I freeze my bakery items for later?

Absolutely. Most of our breads and pastries freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. We recommend wrapping them tightly in plastic wrap and then foil before freezing. Reheating instructions are included in every box.

What is your return policy since you sell food?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
